AUSTIN (KXAN) – The Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired (TSBVI) will hold a career fair Wednesday for residential instructors and support staff.The fair will be at the school at 1100 W 45th St from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. According to TSBVI, the school will offer information, tours of the 45-acre campus, on-site applications and a chance to meet with human resources about pay and benefits. O'FALLON, Ill. - Vandals turned a crystal-clear swimming pool into a dark, oily mess. Police said the damage is in the tens of thousands of dollars. After a partly sunny warm morning, thunderstorms forming over the mountains will roll eastward over metro Denver and Colorado’s high plains Wednesday afternoon, bringing lightning, rain, and bursts of wind, according to the National Weather Service.A few storms east of Denver on the plains may produce hail as big as golf balls with wind gusts at speeds up to 60 miles per hour, weather service forecasters said, estimating the likelihood of rain at 50%.The high temperature in Denver will be 89 degrees on Wednesday, decreasing to 63 degrees at night, forecasters said. A man was found shot to death in a riverbed next to a Montebello park Tuesday afternoon.The man, whose name and age have not been disclosed, was found in the Rio Hondo riverbed behind Grand Rea Park, located at 600 Rea Drive, at about 5:15 p.m., the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said in a news release.
